"It was wonderful! The food in the restaurant Palm Court was delicious and high value for the reasonable cost. The male waiters in that restaurant were incredibly nice with impeccable friendly service and I would return just for them. They made our day. Room was spotless, marble shower, comfy bed, everything was fabulous."

"482 was a very quiet room. The bed was great and had quick access out the side door. Lots of food options within a 15 minute walk. The only knock is that the shower dial is plumbed backwards. Cold is hot and vice versa. But we would stay there again. "

"our return flight was canceled and delayed so we did not arrive as expected. the manger would not give us any kind of credit saying we went through a 3rd party( expedia) and there is no refund.. with out going to detail of all the ugly.. expedia please drop them.. was a horrible way to end our trip.. rude rude rude.. if i wa wasnt so tired i would moved the date and had a room for a later date.. but i dnt want to even step close to that hotel or its manager"
