Communication was excellent, we were met at property to be let in within 10 minutes of texting to say we had arrived earlier than we anticipated. You will have to climb 2 sets of stairs with your bags as is typical for apartments in Venice. The location could not have been better, literally a minute or two away from the Rialto bridge. The apartment itself was as pictured, and a nice size. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to prepare breakfast/lunch etc. The only thing missing was a sharp knife of any description to cut fruit/ bread etc. Overall a great spacious apartment in the heart of Venice, we would stay there again.
