COMFORT AND LOCATIONPosted Jul 17, 2016
Pros: TOLD ABOVE
Location: TOLD ABOVE
THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE, AND CLEAN. LOCATED OVER LOOKING THE WATER, CLOSE TO SAN MARCO PLAZA. WATERBUS, GONDOLA, AND WATER TAXI LOCATED WITHIN A FEW STEPS OF FRONT OF HOTEL. THE RESTURANT IS VERY NICE AND HAS OUTSIDE DINNING NEXT TO THE WATER. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. WE HAD A GREAT STAY.

A Great Place To Stay in VenicePosted Jul 15, 2016
This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. It is right on the Grand Canal, opposite Harry's Bar and a one minutewalk to St. Mark's Square. The staff were very friendly and obliging.

Hotel near to all attractionsPosted Jul 14, 2016
Rooms are too small. Bathroom shower partition could have been longer to avoid water from spilling out on the floor. Don't even bother Abt breakfast. Not worth it.

Perfect location.Posted Jul 10, 2016
Pros: T decor ,the food , and the views
Cons: The hotel was recently renovated and it is perfect. the bathrooms are to die for 100% marble.
Location: The hotel is next door to Hatty's bar and a few steps from Saint Marc's Square.
Perfect location. Water taxi leaves you right at the entrance where a hotel staff member takes your luggage. No hassle. conceige is well informed and has issues solved before you complete your request. It also has the finest restaurant in Venice. The view of the Grand Canal and Santa Maria Della Salute church is unmatched.

Great position a few minuted walk from st marks SqPosted Jul 7, 2016
High class fancy hotel in perfect location. Staff try hard to help but a bit too up tight. Stuffy rather than freindly. Dont eat or drink anything unless you can afford it. Very expensive. You would think that the price you pay for the room would be enough for them. Plenty of choices nearby to eat and drink. Complimentary taxi to and from Murano Island to visit a glass factory was a bonus, but there is no such thing as a free ride. A sales rep takes you around and works hard to sell you something. Dont buy at the factory. They overcharge even aftet the discount. We were offered a glass figurine that we liked for €500 but purchased in a venice store the same item for €250 including free shipping and insurance.

レトロとモダンを兼ね備えた素晴らしいホテルPosted Apr 28, 2016

Luxury at the perfect location in VenicePosted Apr 27, 2016 on Hotels
A beautiful, luxurious hotel in the perfect location in Venice. Even though it is right next to Piazza San Marco, the room was very quiet. We were upgraded to a suite (without asking). It was gorgeous, super comfy. There isn't a better location in Venice. It has its own private dock for water taxis, or you can use the the public water bus dock which right next to the hotel.
