"My family and I recently stayed at Microtel in Ladysmith, BC, and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Rajan, the receptionist, ensured a smooth check-in, and Shelly, who managed breakfast, provided excellent service that made mornings even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-equipped for comfort. The beds were incredibly cozy, guaranteeing a restful sleep. One of the standout features was the in-room kitchenette, complete with utensils, which made it convenient to prepare meals for our kids. The hotel's amenities—including the fitness center, pool, and its convenient location—enhanced our stay. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. I highly recommend Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oyster Bay to anyone visiting Ladysmith. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be returning! "

"This was a beautiful property. Check-in was easy. The unit was clean with good amenities. Beautiful lake front view and access to the dock. Comfortable beds. very polite and helpful communication but would like communication to be consistently quicker (sometimes it took a full day for a request to change check in or check out or ask for items). "

"I had seen a lot of mixed reviews of this property but it ended up being wonderful. The balcony and views from the Kings Suite are all amazing, the restaurant had great food and the flowers are grounds around the property were immaculate. There was an issue with the pool and gym before we arrived but we were notified and it was resolved by the end of our first day there. Would love to come back and visit again!"
