La ubicación excelente, a una cuadra del Río Salado, con acceso rápido a los freeways. Un ambiente muy tranquilo, aunque a pocas cuadras si se ve otro tipo de viviendas. Pero aquí estuvimos muy contentos, lo volveríamos a rentar.”

“We stayed at this home with our family of 4 and a friends family of 4. It was very comfortable for 2 couples and 4 kiddos (ages 8 and under). The pool was a big hit and we spent a lot of time out in the back yard playing bags and just relaxing. We grilled out multiple times and ate most of our meals at the large patio table outside. The beds were very comfortable!. The home is close to grocery stores, coffee shops and the airport. It is a great place and would stay again if we are ever...

“Mike was amazing and very accommodating. The home was furnished and even had spices, oils and other condiments to cook. It was my husband and oldest son in town for our youngest son’s graduation from ASU! The home is a bit dated but functioned well. Location could not be beat. Walking to downtown Tempe was only 10 mins depending on how fast you walk. Close to restaurants, A mountain, the Mountain America Stafium and ASU. WOULD DEFINITELY rent from Mike again!”

“This house is beautiful! We were in town for a football game, this is a great location to campus. We traveled with another family and it was nice to have separate living spaces. We really enjoyed hanging out on the patio playing cornhole with the kids! ”

“This was a cute place to stay and was the perfect size for just me. Super close to bus stops and the metro which take you anywhere you need to go. Great accessibility to ASU, Tempe Town Lake, the marketplace, short hikes, and downtown Phoenix. It's also perfectly placed between Scottsdale and Chandler so you can explore quite a bit of the valley. The place was tidy and had everything I needed. It's located right under a flight path but that was fine with me - I loved watching the planes! ”

“Very nice, private, quiet, clean. 10 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes to Fashion square mall. Worked out very well for my family. My kids really enjoyed the pool and games. We were able to cook some meals but restaurants were within arms reach. Would definitely book again.”

“We were in town for a curling tournament and this house was very conveniently located near the club and the airport. The house stayed comfortable despite some high outside temperatures, which is all you can ask for in June. Before using the hot tub you should check the levels for the various chemicals with the provided strips as it was well out of range when we arrived. Otherwise everything was great.”

“Check in was a breeze after figuring out the system. Code given for entry was easy to remember. Kitchen facilities were great!! Everything there that is needed for cooking. Shared a few meals there that we brought back to share. Cooked one meal and that was just like when we were at home. Everything met to our standards.”

“I stayed for two weeks. My son was moving to an apartment and I had come to help him with that. I needed a kitchen, laundry and a place closer to his apartment. It was quiet and felt safe. This cute tiny house was perfect for me. I liked their prompt service as well. I would like to stay here again. Thank you!”
