“This was a cute place to stay and was the perfect size for just me. Super close to bus stops and the metro which take you anywhere you need to go. Great accessibility to ASU, Tempe Town Lake, the marketplace, short hikes, and downtown Phoenix. It's also perfectly placed between Scottsdale and Chandler so you can explore quite a bit of the valley. The place was tidy and had everything I needed. It's located right under a flight path but that was fine with me - I loved watching the planes! ”

“El departamento está limpio, tal como en las fotos, por fuera parece que está un poco viejo pero por dentro está remodelado y tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla bien. La ubicación excelente, a una cuadra del Río Salado, con acceso rápido a los freeways. Un ambiente muy tranquilo, aunque a pocas cuadras si se ve otro tipo de viviendas. Pero aquí estuvimos muy contentos, lo volveríamos a rentar.”

“This wonderful home is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is very close to parks and freeways making transportation very easy access to both Phoenix and the East valley. Shopping and rest were also close. The house was wonderfully furnished with everything we needed to prepare our own meals and the pool and backyard was beautiful.”

“The bungalow was everything the VRBO site showed and claimed. It was well furnished and very clean. The pool was wonderful. We had a toddler with so the hot tub didn’t get used but it was a nice option! Parks was very good and speedy at responding to messages. We were close to many restaurants and things to do. We would definitely look to book this house again!!!”

“We stayed at this home with our family of 4 and a friends family of 4. It was very comfortable for 2 couples and 4 kiddos (ages 8 and under). The pool was a big hit and we spent a lot of time out in the back yard playing bags and just relaxing. We grilled out multiple times and ate most of our meals at the large patio table outside. The beds were very comfortable!. The home is close to grocery stores, coffee shops and the airport. It is a great place and would stay again if we are ever...

Our daughter basically lived in the pool, it’s much bigger than pictured. The house is fully stocked, we didn’t even need to contact the host because we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to book again for our next stay!”
