"I was quite pleasantly surprised for low cost I paid for what I got. My room was enormous, it had a full kitchen (full refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher), couch, queen size bed and plenty of extra space. There was also a hot breakfast everyday with plenty of options (eggs, potatos, ssausage, breads, yogurt, cereal, juice, and pancakes. The only downside is it was dine in only, however, they were kind enough to accomodate me as I was not well a couple days and needed to be in my room. The staff were all very nice. The hotel is located 1/2 a block from the Arizona Mills Mall. There are a couple places to eat near there, a Home Depot directly across the street. I would not consider it a run down hotel. I would only caution those that can't use the stairs, as there is no elevator, make sure to request in advance a first floor room."

"Well location, great staff, very clean, delicious breakfast. I am not sure if the air conditioning sounds strong in each room but unfortunately it sounds very strong in our room and it makes difficult sleep pleasant."
