"The staff was very courteous however, the property is quite run down and in need of major renovations. The parking is not very secure and I didn't observe any security cameras. Breakfast was the standard fare and served up nicely and would be fine if you don't mind eating at broken down tables and benches covered in torn and stained cushions. Price should have been half what it was."

"Great location and definitely worth staying for the convenience. Being right inside the park saves a lot of time and energy, especially in the morning. The early park entry is a huge advantage - we were able to enjoy several popular rides before the big crowds arrived. However, there were a couple of downsides. The blankets were surprisingly thin, which made the room less comfortable at night. The biggest issue was the check-out process. It took about 25 minutes just to return the room keys. Since most guests are trying to get to the park quickly in the morning, the hotel should really consider adding an express check-out option or a separate line for simple key drop-off. It felt unnecessarily slow and disorganized."

"The property was listed as pet friendly on Expedia, which was the primary reason I booked it. Pets not allowed. Expedia contacted the property manager regarding the discrepancy, and despite my providing screenshots clearly showing the property advertised as pet friendly, the refund request was denied. This was extremely disappointing customer service, especially given that this was a mid-week, off-season reservation with very low likelihood that the room would have otherwise been occupied. At a minimum, a courtesy refund or room credit would have been a reasonable and customer-focused resolution in light of the inaccurate listing information. "

"A very convenient hotel off Hwy 2 and very reasonable for the price. The room was very comfortable and their breakfast was excellent. It was within walking distance to several good restaurants and will definitely stay here again when in the area."

"The hotel was beautiful up front however we got a room in the back elevator didn't work ,our room was questionable enough I had zero confidence in trying the breakfast and we must have picked a bad weekend because there was kids running around the halls hollering playing and people out partying in the parking lot blocking one side and cops blocking the other side all in all a chaotic stay in an uncomfortable room will definitely stay away from comfort inn for future travels. "
