"We booked a modern 2-bedroom and it was HUGE! Basically a two-bedroom apartment with good sized rooms, in-suite laundry and a walk-through closet and en suite for the ‘kids’ room, which had two queen beds. Tons of space, nicely updated. Large kitchen area and a separate living room area with a tv, and a second tv in kids room so they could watch their own show. Pool was decent and a nice courtyard as well."

"The staff on the reception desk were very friendly. The room had a small kitchen area which we found useful just to have a light breakfast there before going out for the day. There was a quiet room near the lobby we could use if wanted and we sat there while waiting for our Uber to take us to the airport. We would stay there again if ever we were back in Ottawa."

"Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was self-serve which was ok once you figured that out BUT it was weak AND bitter and mugs small that were meant for saucers with no saucers. Cream in those little capsules that spilled everywhere - lots was needed to dilute the bitter coffee. Scrambled eggs were unappetizing, and sausage was a big slice of wiener. Fruit limited to whole apple orange or banana. Long lines for making toast or waffles - especially on thanksgiving Monday - staff were attentive and did their best."
