“nicer than it appeared in photos. nice beach. nice breakfest. large rooms. right next to two beach bars. disappointed we were not able to get later checkout for even 1 room - we had 3 rooms initally and cruise boarding was 3pm. they could have been more accomodating as check in isnt til 4.”

We weren’t given a parking permit upon check in (and didn’t know we needed one), so we ended up parking far away after driving around and looking for parking for some time. “预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”
