“The location is absolutely amazing. The yard is huge. The fruits in the yard are absolutely amazing. The parking is amazing everything there is ideal as far as location space everything absolutely everything. However, when you’re renting your home, you need to make sure that there are some safety issues taken care of the biggest concern that I had was there were five loose boards on the deck that wraps around the home those boards need to be lifted and replaced as soon as possible. “The Condo was great it had everything we needed to have fun at the beach or pool. It was centrally located for the north shore. Loved that they had beact towels, cooler and beach chairs for us to borrow. Less than 5 minutes away were yummy food trucks and 15 minutes from the grocery store. The place was super clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“The room was clean. The W/D were OUTSIDE… not listed… the door to the outside did not lock…. So the property was NOT secure. Three roaches were on the counter next to the MW… bad place.. stay at your peril.”

“Beautiful condo - cozy, spacious and clean. Excellent communication with owner. We appreciated the boogie boards and beach equipment. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. Being so close to the beautiful beaches was a huge plus. Nice touches included the Keurig coffee maker and pods, the included parking space and updated design and decor. We highly recommend this lovely condo and would stay here again if we……
