Apartments in Wakasu for Rent

Its really safe, clean and close to train station

While the hotel is unmanned the check in process was seamless and the staff allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby before check in time

This was a clean and spacious room that felt like an apartment. There was a kettle, microwave, mini-fridge, hot plate, cookware, crockery and cutlery. There was also a washing machine, tub and shower area. We also liked the dining table and 4 chairs. There was a coat closet and a drying rack. We were there for one night, so we only used the kettle. This would be a great place for a longer stay. The pre-check-in process had to be done online, and the check-in was done with the help of a tablet -...

Worked out great for our family of six. Mahalo nui

The 201 room is big enough for 4 people but you can fit up to 6 with futons. A pretty good spot to stay in.

Great location and rooms

Great service !

Great Location. Quiet plus just a 7 minute awesome walk to all the Shinjuku action. Right next to Shinjuku-Higashi train station to get to Shibuya fast. Family Mart was a blessing. The condo was modern and clean. Endless hot water with best water pressure. Washer and dryer area was great and much needed as we packed light. Good enough for a family of 4 adults and I'm 6 foot 3. Owners kept checking with us to ensure we had anything we needed. Easy check in as we arrived after midnight. ...

Beautiful modern and clean apartment . Beds and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable but overall was an enjoyable and homey experience

The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.

The property is located at residential area and also, nearby Asakusa’s broadway, Tokyo Sky tree, and Sensoji Temple. Around Tokyo, there are plenty of Family Mart and 7 Eleven at every corners and vending machines for water and soft drink. What I like for this property is separate toilet, shower, and sink. Also, Kitchen, microwave, electric kettle, on-suite washer, and cloth detergent are the plus even though we did not use them much. One thing you need to pay attention is the reception hours...

Host was great and the location was good! The only thing I didn’t realize upon booking was how many stairs there were to get up and down from the basement floor and main floor. Besides that a good stay!

Awesome place

We loved our stay! The apartment was very close to a train station, several conbinis and multiple great restaurants. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and communicated efficiently. Even sent a list of recommended things for the area. It's a very residential area, mostly quiet. Had a few nights with boisterous neighbors but nothing some earplugs couldn't handle. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal and I missed it as soon as I got home haha 10/10 would stay again!
