The Park Hyatt Tokyo and particularly Mr. Muramatsu went overboard to ensure we had an unparalleled experience. We stayed at the Park Hyatt Tokyo earlier in the week and then returned to the hotel after a visit to Kyoto. It was my wife's birthday, only revealed to the staff when I made reservations ...

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Free shuttles to and from train station.
We were pleasantly surprised by our room in this centrally placed hotel in Shinjuku. The room was very spacious and well appointed. The hotel also provides a mobile phone that was free of charge that included free local and long distance calling and google maps.

It is hard to find a nice Ryokan, especially in Tokyo, but this one is excellent. Well worth the premium over a traditional western style hotel (most of what you will find in Tokyo). Breakfast served in the room and was excellent. In-room and outdoor ofuro were great. I would like to stay with them ...

Good value hotel. Short walk to train stations and national garden. Hotel helped up contact our airline. Cleaning is done once a week which is fine by us but may not be for some? Room a good size for Tokyo, bed fit the two of us (just, I am six foot!) One thing I'd recommend for the hotel is to offer ...

Convenient location and good capsule hotel experience. A bit crowded in the locker area due to the hotel being close to capacity, but otherwise no complaints and would consider staying again.

Great location and it’s a brand new hotel but the staff were unhelpful and everything was a battle with them to get things done. We have to show the staff their own service book to argue for the services they offered and even to get a third pillow for the room as we had book in with three people ...
