Very nice boutique hotel nestled right in heart of both downtown and waterfront areas. Joia’s restaurant is wonderful and extremely enjoyable with both ambiance and food quality. This was our 2nd time staying at the Lakeside Inn. The first time was w/kids. This time, just my husband and I. Fits our needs as budget travelers. Nice to have a bar/restaurant in the hotel. Beautiful lake view. Convenient for exploring Cape Ann.
