“We arrived early in the morning at like 2 AM after driving for 4 1/2 hours. we go into the room and there’s a roach on the door inside the room and then we look over near the bed and there’s five of them running around. We went right back to the front desk and told Christine that we would not stay and she was excellent. She had no questions asked gave us all our money back.”

“Absolute must to avoid. Filthy room with a pet odor, who knows what splattered all over the walls. Bugs in the shower. Smoke detector not working and covered by painters tape. The worst motel room I have ever stayed in.”

“Room was not ready upon arrival even though it was an hour and a half past check in time. Building looks old and falling apart. Smells. My room had no towels or bedding. I left for dinner and entertainment. When I finally came back in the evening the bedding was just left in a bag and I had to put it on myself to go to sleep.”
