“Clean room staff very polite”

“multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. ”

“This room was horribly cleaned dirty gritty floor refrigerator was filthy the sheets were clean but stained the curtains were tattered very and don’t get me started on the bathroom. There was a moment of thanks for the AC. Not my first time but probably my last”

“Even though under renovations, everything was clean, staff very helpful, accessible ice and vending machines, and breakfast bar was great with eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins etc. I love the Hampton and would recommend this one.”

“We came later in the evening and checked in and left early in the morning. Small mom and pop run place i think. I think i woke him up when we checked in and left earlier than they arrived at the office to open up the next morning. I slid my room card in the window slot and left. But if you need a receipt you may have to wait a little later to check out than we did.
