“Nice and very helpful staff!”

“Our air conditioner never shut off. No matter what the temperature was. There was NO cold water at the sink, only hot. If you wanted cold water, you will have to get it from the tub.”

“The choices are few in Caldwell, but this is a hidden gem. Looks rough on the outside, but very clean on the inside. Athough spartan, it has everything you need and kept clean. The attached restaurant is very good as well.”

“This Inn was overpriced for the room we occupied. Besides being dated the bedsheets were cheap and old and covered with cotton pills.the blanket was paper thin as well. It was quite loud in the hallways and the fan in the bathroom was very loud with a high squeaking noise when on. We won’t stay again. ”

“multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. ”

“Room was very clean but a little dated. Breakfast was okay for a Continental. One of the staff was taken care of the breakfast, He was very helpful . I didn’t care much for the coffee. It was not brewed. It was liquid flavored coffee with hot water mix. I bought coffee elsewhere. There was no one at the front desk most of the time with the front doors locked. They were out working elsewhere in the hotel. If you rang for them , they come immediately, I guess they were short on staff. I would stay……

“This was my second stay at their hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was great but I still wish they put in bath tub mats. I had to lay a hand towel in the tub so I wouldn’t slip and fall. Other than that, I really like this hotel.”
