"The property is undergoing some renovations but you can’t really hear any of the noise and the renovations that are being done to the rooms are extremely nice, especially the big walk in shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd time staying at this property and I would definitely stay here again on any future trips to London."

"We only stayed one night, this is a very nice hotel. We had a very spacious and comfy room on the 1st floor. Clean with a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed a nice hot bath at the end of the night. We got the breakfast which was a good deal. I would have gotten a different dish, nothing in particular wrong with the food, I just don’t think I’m a fan of English breakfast style. It’s a bit bland for me, but the service is exceptional. I wish we had stayed here our first two nights in London. I would definitely come back!"
