"This property was clean and new, and located in a nice neighborhood. There was nobody available to check us in or out, and no way to communicate with anyone on-site throughout our entire stay. The property is listed as having free Wi-Fi, but there were no instructions given anywhere so that appears untrue. "

"What a wonderful time we had at this property. From the timely correspondence with the owner, to the ease of rental, to the actual property. The roof top was a must for morning coffee and afternoon libations! What a view!! The location was excellent as we did a lot of walking to see the sites. It is an inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere you need to go as well. So much to see and do in Newport. We cannot wait to come back."

"The property was great and lots of places to walk my dog. I liked the location, next to the vineyard and easy drive to downtown Newport. My only minor complaint was that I went to the guest services to talk to them about the ants in the kitchen (it rained a lot so I understand ants can happen) and they said they would treat the kitchen that afternoon and they never showed up."
