“This was not a great stay except that the location was fabulous for not having a car on the island. We could walk and bike everywhere. We had trouble with check in because it was only available 4-5 but our ferry didn’t get in until 6. There wasn’t a key drop and we had to call the emergency number and then wait a while for someone to come and they were clearly mad that we were putting them out. I asked to confirm that the sleeper couch was made up and she assured me that it was, but it wasn’t...

“Perfect location for all activities. The parking garage is uncomfortable to walk through at night because the patrons from the bar exit through it and my experience is they were very intoxicated, loud, and verbally unsettling. It was uncomfortable walking from the garage to the elevator. I felt unsafe. ”

“We booked this venue months in advance for a family wedding. We chose this great venue because of the location and size of the unit. The morning we were to arrive, we were informed that they overbooked and had to relocate us to the Holiday Inn Express 10 minutes away. How does this happen when we paid in full months before? We were totally blindsided. We had no say in the matter and no say on where they were relocating us to. I understand that it is a busy time of year in Newport in June...but...
