"Overall we had a fabulous experience! Special kudos to the staff! Especially two that stood out Bill at the front reception desk who was personable, funny, attentive & bent over backwards to accommodate! Also Latasha who was very sweet & made sure we were taken care of! My only recommendations are about the room & they’re minor but would be well appreciated by all guests: there needs to be better lighting! A desk lamp is needed as well as softer light bulbs in the wall light fixtures. Wall shelves on the sides of the Queen beds are also needed for personal incidentals. Oh and the sheets/pillowcases are very “scratchy” not soft at all, in fact I actually got “cheek burn” this is an important piece of advice because it’s hard to get a good nights rest when you can’t get comfortable sleeping on your sides! All in all our experience was like I said an excellent especially the cleanliness & great breakfast buffet! Thanks & kudos to your staff! "

The living room furniture and beds were comfortable, updated kitchen appliances, good shower, nice towels, plenty of parking, easy temperature control, great location, and quiet. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again the next time we are in the area."
