“Police on site when I arrived due to dope smoking. Sink wouldn’t drain. No hot water. TV was 17 years old and blurry. Beds were awful. Elevator smelled like weed.”

“We had a very nice, relaxing stay. The host was very responsive to our needs. We loved the hot tub, and game room with massage chair. My teens made full use of them. A great winter getaway to relax after a busy holiday season! ”

“The check-in process was excellent, the room was clean. The TV signal kept dropping out and the shower was a little old but my biggest issue was the noise, especially between 10.30 and 2am in the morning. There were young children in the hotel running around and the room they were staying must have been above where I was staying as the thumping and noise went on until 2am. I was told by the staff that there was nothing that could be done which was disappointing to hear. Not as good as my last……
