"The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

"Worth the stay, but could be improved. Breakfast was good, staff was nice, and the pool was warm. We had a 2nd floor room with 2 beds and a NON pull out couch. The room had an odd smell when entering but it wasn't bad enough to change. The sliding doors on the toilet and shower rooms both were very hard to operate. The room looked remodeled, but there were some poorly done work all around. Mismatched paint spots on ceiling, uneven lumps in carpet."
