“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I……

“The location was okay, everything you would ever need was within a 15 minute drive. However, when I arrived at the apartment, there was hair all over the shower, hair on the comforter and in between the sheets, dried spilled liquids on the table and crumbs, an open bottle of coke in the fridge without a top, and a lovely fist shaped hole in the bedroom door.”

“Everything was great. And, best of all, I figured out why all the floors and walls look slanted and skewed in the pics; the entire building is uniquely shaped (think octagon). Furniture is nice. Place is clean. Easy access. Great communication. ”
