The moment we arrived we were greeted by the staff member Sarah. She was so nice to my daughter and me. She saw that my daughter needed to use the restroom and opted to offer the staff room instead of asking us to go to the lower level where the public restroom was. Then when we were completing our check in without hesitation she asked if we would like a late checkout, this is something I have never been asked without having to prompt the attendants. The hotel is older, the parking is down the street but convenient, and the rooms are slightly smaller, but the staff was amazing. We had an enjoyable stay in DC and would stay here again. Thank you comfort inn for a nice getaway for my family.

Staff was pleasant enough but had issues with television, phone was not working front desk could not hear when I called about the tv. Area immediately around the hotel seemed a little unsafe especially at night. Would probably spend a little more next time for better amenities.

- Wifi issues but finally worked on the 3rd day. - Double bed are the size of a king single, very uncomfortable for 2 people in a double bed. - Air conditioning in the room sounded like a V8 truck engine. - Full credits to the front desk staff, the young lady there is amazing and is an Asset to the company.
