“We weren’t there long enough to use any amenities so I can’t really speak to that but it was a nice room and bathroom. No complaints at all. If breakfast was supposed to be part of the fee it was not obvious when it was served.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area did not have enough tables; people had to stand up to eat. Parking was good. TV SERVICE WAS BEYOND HORRIBLE ... 1st night there staff couldn't get the TV to work. Who needs 2 thousand channels that don't work. I was told there was a fix in the works. I wanted to check in early and the staff was accommodating but it came at a price. The room was noisy. Sounded like boiling or gargling water in the walls, plus, there was construction work going……

“Lovely Luxury with a spacious sunset suite. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Wish there were one or more sofa tables. staff were delightful, will definitely come again. Please add a cafe for guests not wanting a large expensive dinner. Breakfast Food was very good. Kitchen well equipped for beverage and snack storage, and very clean.”

“I reserved a non smoked room but they gave us a smoking room which was terrible. We asked for exchange with a non smoked room but they didn’t have any other room”

“Very quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I needed.”

“The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat.”

“This is a “dressed up” low level hotel. Well below normal IHG standards. The hotel was at least half empty. They evidently hadn’t checked the room: tv didn’t work and no soap in the shower. Also, the shower door was incorrectly installed, allowing water to pour onto the floor, and whoever picked out the bedside lights didn’t take into account that a normal person can turn them on or off while in bed. Cute concept; poorly executed.”

“Excellent location with lots of easy free parking. Chef made us a delicious, large portion, plated breakfast each morning. She was extremely helpful answering questions about the property, surrounding sites and places to dine for dinner. Bonus- "The Barn" is located right next to the Inn and had live entertainment both nights we stayed. I highly recommend this Inn if looking to stay in Harper's Ferry!!”
