“I did not like the bathroom in my room. The bathtub was unsafe. It had no grab handles for a safe exit out of the bathtub. The inside tub was very slippery when exiting with bath water in the tub. The carpet in the hallway of our room smelled like urine, and we’re quite sure that the floors had not been swept or cleaned in our room, as we found a clipped toenail in the bathroom and other dirt and things on the floor. "Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
