“Had a jacuzzi room. There was dust from fixing the wall I assume all over the one corner by the tub and the drain valve handle kept falling off. Pool was great but really crowded on Friday night. No ones fault of course, just a warning. Only other complaint is the price for nonguests to go swimming for a couple hours is outrageous!”

"Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
