“Wifi and T.V. are out of works for several days..,”

“Our room had a very musty smell upon getting to it. Found out after being there for a few hours that the window was open with no screen allowing bugs in. The tv would go in and out so we just ended up using our fire stick. The wait to check in was 40 minutes as there was one person and 6 different people waiting to check in. The hotel is located across from the mall so it is convenient for shopping or restaurants so that was a plus. The breakfast was okay definitely powdered eggs and limited……

“The room was not cleaned on the two day schedule promised. First and only cleaning was on day 4. The breakfast buffet items were not resupplied on a timely basis.”

“Stayed for three nights. Room never freshened up. Ran out of toilet paper and tissues- had to get from desk. Never stayed somewhere for three nights and never had room cleaned. Our trash can was overflowing- just not impressed”
