“I booked an ADA accessible room, but was informed upon arrival that there wasn't any. Not any available, but not any at all. The ramp to go down to get to the room was partially blocked by vending machines in 2 places. Breakfast was basically no existent. Our family had 4 rooms booked with a total of 10 people (9 adults). The hotel provided 12 mini muffins, 2 slices of raisin bread, 2 bagels, 3 pieces of plain bread, and some dry cereal total for all the guests. Then there was a towel wedged……
