“The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things...

“We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the green room. It was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Sasha was an excellent host and very helpful and communicative. The room overlooks the pool and the building is very historic and cool. We look forward to renting again! Highly recommend!”

“Location, location, location. Boutiques, cafes, restaurants, the beach all within a block or two. Beautiful old school Palm Beach Hotel if you will. My room was spotless, comfortable and bathroom even had a tub!!!! :-) The queen bed and linens were so comfy. Best four nights I’ve spent traveling solo in awhile. Definitely would book again. Window view is of palm tree fronds & beautifully set pool in the courtyard below. Loved it!!!! ”

“I arrived and didn’t feel safe at this place. I was under the impression it was a house and instead it was a condo shared with multiple people. When we arrived there were people in the backyard smoking. When we walked in the house it smelt of marijuana. We immediately contacted the owner saying we couldn’t stay there and we didn’t feel safe. He said he understood and would refund us the money. Yet here I am a week later fighting with VRBO because the owner is saying he will not refund us the...

“Nice place considering it was small. Perfectly clean, could tell it had been recently updated. Only recommendation would be to come up with a different sofa that was more comfortable and different coffee table as it was too high to put your feet on and a little big for the small space. But overall it was a great spot, pool was nice to have, convenient to walk to restaurants, nice neighborhood”

Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. ”
