“ The room smells cigarette ”

“Good for a short stay, amenities are good at this price. The staff seemed not friendly; I'm not sure, maybe I'm from Canada, so I was expecting more generosity, but that's optional. There was some kind of moisture smell in the room..”

“This hotel was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and attentive. The staff looked like they love their jobs & it shows. The rooms and entire hotel was very clean! The pool, hot tub, steam room & out door sitting areas were superb! The breakfast was delicious. I would stay here every time I come to the area! ”

“The property seemed somewhat run down although the room was clean. The internet wasn't working in some rooms, including mine. I was told I could use the internet in the breakfast room, in the main part of the building where the check-out counter is. So I only had internet when I left my room. The phone didn't work in my room. The tv worked so I found some good shows to watch and that got me through with a smile on my face. I liked the smell of the soap in the room and I liked the 2 bed……

“I had a frustrating experience during my stay that came down to a basic service failure. My room included a pull-out sofa, but when I requested an extra comforter so it could actually be used as a bed, the staff refused. Their reasoning was that they “didn’t know” the hotel had pull-out sofas. That response was surprising and unprofessional. A pull-out sofa is clearly intended as a sleeping space, and providing appropriate bedding should be standard. Instead, I was left without a practical way……

“Not clean. Tub doesn’t drain. Non smoking rooms still smell like smoke. Breakfast is toast. Things are falling apart. Just dirty in general. Pillows sucked. Blankets sucked. Burn holes in the sheets. Mold growing on curtains. ”

“My room was a little dated, bathroom wise, but comfortable. Parking, staff, breakfast, all of that was great!”

“Sink was clogged, air didn’t work and killed 1 roach. Plus I was out in a different room then the one I selected. ”

“The room was clean and updated. There are problems with water pressure when showering.”
