“This place is a hidden gem! It looks very unassuming from the outside but inside was gorgeous and cozy. It looks newly updated/renovated, with a modern cabin feel. The room was big and spacious and even had a real record player which my husband and kids could not get enough of. Easy check in and check out, no front desk to deal with.The common areas were really nice and cozy. They had a beautiful working space, a lounge with old school arcade games and a nice playroom area for little kids. they……

“For the price, is a good property. Convenient for our purposes. While not up to more modern standards, it is reasonably furnished. Location is a bit noisy due to traffic and trains. Limited decent food options.”

“The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. ”

“I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+.”

“Everything was great! The room was spotless, comfortable and modern with a spacious bathroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!”

“Staff were all friendly. Room was clean. Food at the resort restaurant was great. We have been stay at this hotel many times in the past but were delighted seeing there are on site EV charging stations now. It is a nice add-on. However, one may be lucky or unlucky to get a charging space when stay in the hotel, depends on if people are courtesy enough to move their car away quickly when their finished charging. We didn't have the luck this time at our stay. ”
