“The space was nice, clean, and cozy but smelled like a skunk literally lived in there. Either a skunk did live in there recently or it was actively living in the crawl space. We smelled it as soon as we got to the porch. After about 12 hours you could kind of forget about it but still every morning that I woke up, it was the first thing my brain noticed. We told the owner on the second day and they said they thought they had taken care of that and would have to try again. The worst part is that……

“The property has lots of overgrown grass and weeds. Breakfast was coffee and granola bars. Room was clean.”

“Great place and so close to the sand dunes! I will def be back here! The rooms have little sitting areas outside which I loved ! There’s hummingbird feeders and little hummingbirds flying all around! We got there later after the restaurant nearby had closed, but the hotel has frozen pizza you can buy and cook there so we did that! The lady in the office was very nice and friendly and when she heard we were leaving super early she gave us some things for breakfast, I wanted to give them a 5. But……

“Clean but building old and a little run down. Web site said free breakfast but no breakfast available ”

“We had to wait almost 3 hours for our room to be cleaned and ready. We were there on time.”

“Loved everything about this place! It was so beautiful and luxurious, but really comfortable and relaxing… not pretentious at all! We had cocktails in the speak easy, which was such a fun surprise! Jeremy was the best mixologist and was full of interesting facts about the history of the property .Then dinner in the restaurant… delicious. Our server, Teddy, was the best. The rooms were fantastic! Every detail well thought out… even a steamer for your clothes! Can’t say enough good things about……
