“We had an amazing time in Seattle and our stay at Kristin and Ron’s place was perfect. Eric was very thorough when explaining all the in and outs of the condo and building. Most of the things we wanted to do were very walkable. Having a parking space with the rental was another great reason to book this place. When we come back, we will definitely be looking to book here again! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here - good communication from Ryan and he was helpful. The apartment was clean and it is in a great location for exploring central Seattle (not to mention above Macrina Bakery). The kitchen had enough pots, pans, etc. for cooking. The parking space is pretty small and next to a pillar, so if you have a larger car, it may be difficult to fit. “This property didn't live up to the description or the pictures. The location was great, and having the parking option was a huge plus. The actual building was fine and the amenities were ok, but dated. The apartment had portable AC units that connected to the outside - they were coming apart, and there were open holes with air flowing inside the apartment. The towels under the sink were damp and smelled like mildew. The shower curtain was pretty dirty and smelled like mildew. The bathtub/shower……
