"Our room was really dirty. Bathroom flooded, there was pink mould in the bathtub and walls. Kitchen cupboards had black stuff on it, stove top and sink had visible dust on it. The staff were wonderful though, we didnt feel the need to complain since we were there a night but certainly was a terrible experience."

"Check in was smooth but we ended up with a strange beeping sound in our room. The maintenance people who came to help us were so nice and helpful, they really made a difference in our stay! The front desk however seemed to not be helpful once the maintenance people determined that the beeping sound was an anomaly (something left by another guest that we could not find). The front desk staff made it difficult to change our room due to only having bigger rooms available. We ended up wasting over an hour into our short stay at Whistler dealing with this. Once again the maintenance people were great and they deserve 5 stars!"
