“We rented what is described as a Cozy Cabin in a “Resort” on Lake Tansi. It was, in fact, what I would describe as a 1950’s Grade B family vacation “resort.” I’m sure that in by-gone days it was considered pretty nice but too many years, too much MILDEW and insufficient maintenance/renovation have taken their toll.We had to have the toilet reset the day we arrived because it leaked and wet the floor, the towels were insufficient and sleeping 6 people in this “cabin” was a big stretch. “This was my first booking using this site!I want to start with positives first. Check in was very easy and helpful. The place itself was very clean. I checked mattresses etc and everything was good. I did bring my own comforters and pillows just because the age of the bedding and I always bring pillows anyway. They had plenty of towels and toilet paper etc so we didn’t need any extras. “The condo itself was very nice just as described. And we enjoyed ourselves. My children 8 YO learned how to fish on their own and caught a lot of fish. The road to the condo is washed pretty good. Luckily I have a SUV. We arrived at night and questioned if we were at the right place because of that. The condo only has a TV in the main living area.
