Quality Inn & Suites Sevierville - Pigeon Forge

"They said they have an indoor and outdoor hot tub but they only have one indoor hot tub. The bathroom vent did not work. Other than those two things had a great stay."

"I want to start off saying that the hotel looks amazing on the outside. There were a few dead flowers out in the flower beds but otherwise it was very appeasing. The pools were great and kept up. They were very clear and appeared to be clean. The lazy river was also really good and the gazebo between them was great I could watch kids in the outside pool or in the lazy river. The breakfast buffet was really good and they had lots to choose from. Now on the flip side to the bad rating. The staff didn’t smile much and no one seemed very friendly. They spoke when talked too but didn’t even offer a simple smile when walking past them. We needed sheets for the pull out cot and went to the front desk to ask for them. The ladies said they were all out of sheets and went had to wait an hour so they could was them and to check back. We didn’t even get them brought to us! I asked one of the ladies in the dinning hall for different jelly because they only had apple and it was runny and she said no. But they had other kinds the next 2 days. Then the tv in the room kept cutting in and out so we couldn’t watch it. We asked the front desk about it and they said it’s an ongoing issue due to water damage and that they have been out several times to fix it but nothing has been figured out. However that was confusing to be since the tv in the dinning room worked fine and so did the one in the gym. Speaking of the gym we went to work out and while on a machine I looked down and saw a roach."

"It is indeed an older style hotel right on the main strip. Think cement cinder blocks style. For the price and value- it was awesome!!!! We didn’t need fancy, just decent place to rest head after hiking and playing in mountains. Staff was friendly, pool clean and kids used a lot. We had a jacuzzi room and it was perfect! Would stay here again!"

Wilderness at the Smokies - Stone Hill Lodge

"The hotel itself was nice. We had an executive room with two queen Murphy beds a queen sofa sleeper and a king bed in its own room. T the Stone hill part of the property is separate from the rest of the property. The small kids pool was not open while we were there. Wilderness at the smokies has an indoor and outdoor water park that are included with your room. You have to drive down to them. They were great water parks. Soaky mountain is not part of the property and if you don’t get a package that explicitay includes it you have to pay $35 each for access to that park. We were fine with just the included parks."

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Kodak East - Sevierville by IHG

"The biggest issue we faced was that their one elevator was out when we arrived. They did offer to refund the reservation as they could not get us a room lower than the third floor and we had huge suitcases. But it was late and we didn’t know is we could get in the one hotel that was close by. If it had not been for this we would have rated our stay much higher. The room and hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was above average and the fitness room was great."
