Descent room. Didn't have enough bath towels and linen for 6-7 guest though. There were some dining room chairs that were broken, loose door handles. One of the neighbors in the adjacent building was noisy and partied all night. Overall was a nice stay.
We arrived and greeted by the older owner. He was very friendly and pleasant. The room was comfortable and everything that you need. The hot tub was disappointing of the temperature. Supposed to be hot not warm tub. The younger staff member was not friendly like the other one. Shuttle to the cruiseship ...
The hotel was great, however the drinks at the bar were very expensive. Decided to go elsewhere to socialize due to it. Also the Delphine couldn't accommodate a slight time change in our reservation, so we had to make alternate plans which was an inconvenience.
Beautiful hotel and excellent location - we did run in to a situation where we had an item stolen out of our car, presumably by the valet. They are still "investigating the situation" three days later. They did ultimately comp us for three nights parking and wifi.
Beti. the receptionist was great. Very friendly and helpful with advice and directions. Thank You Very Much.... Charlie, The night receptionist was fun and friendly.. Be sure to ask him about the Caribbean Quesadilla if you like tequila. Over all we loved our stay. Thank you very much..
The hotel staff are all very friendly, absolutely no complaints there! The ship itself is older and a little dingy. Not my favorite place to stay, but I guess you have to experience it at least once in your life! The Haunted tour is fun and brunch is delicious. Overall for me, it was a "meh" ...
the staff was efficient as to check in and out. the room was clean but quite small and there was no desk. the hot water in the shower was meager. there was hot water in the entry hallway for tea and coffee and sugar and creamer. the room also had a carafe to heat water and coffee was available (instant). ...
Our room had a view of Capitol Records - was amazing. The room itself was awesome, great decor with a record player and records! The shower was brilliant as was the kitchenette. Highly recommended. We did know there was no pool or gym - if you like either of those you won't have access to one.
