"Wow,, for my first time staying in a Hostel traveling solo I truly had an amazing time at this spot. I loved it there. The staff was amazing, the bedrooms were clean, and they breakfast that was actually good. Great location right near the beach and around plenty of food options that are all affordable. "Very noisy neighbouring bar playing loud music on one side of the hotel every night until midnight or 1am. It's an old grand house that is losing a lot of quality and has been converted into a jumbled café full of stuff. The staff are very friendly and kind. The beds and linen are exceptionally comfortable. One of the showers needs a lot of maintenance."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Mercury Phuket, Patong. The hotel has a very convenient location - it is within walking distance to both the mall and the beach, which made everything easy. When we arrived, we even received a yummy complimentary cake for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise. The pool was nice and there were always chairs available, so it was easy to relax between outings. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options, and the overall service was great. The staff were always polite and helpful throughout our stay. We will highly recommend Grand Mercury Phuket to anyone visiting Patong!"
