“I asked for a small favor, since I didnt have a car. I left my ID at the golf course near by (literally 10 minutes away). Asked if sb in the staff would quickly go there and retrieve it for me. The people at the front desk were very negative, and frankly rude about it. The manager was nicer, but the result was the same. No. I ever offered to pay for the gas, go with that person, ...still no.
I own a hostal and when my guests have some small favor to ask, we go out of our way to make sure they……

“The rooms are small! Hotel is extremely overpriced. The mattress is thin, pillows small and the cover was really thin. There is no mirror and the ceiling leaks when AC is on. The balcony is a joke. Pool area closes at 6pm. The employees at the restaurant pool area are rude and standoffish. They only cater to those who look like them. I am confused as to how this hotel has so many good reviews. The only good thing about this hotel is the area. Shaniya who works at the front desk was really nice……

“I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and cozy, and the views were absolutely beautiful—especially being so close to the beach. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay (Thanks for everything Su Su & Zurie). Everything felt smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what I needed for a vacation. I’d definitely come back!”
