"Some staff were friendly and some were not helpful at all. I was on my honeymoon and I had to ask several times for occasion-based hospitality in celebration of my honeymoon even though I told the person when I checked in and added it to my reservation when I booked months in advance."

"I chose this hotel cause Expedia showed it came with breakfast. When I checked in I asked where breakfast was and she said if I wanted to make reservations. I told her that my reservation came with breakfast. She responded by saying it did not and if I wanted breakfast I’d have to pay $13 per breakfast. I showed her a screen shot where it showed my room came with breakfast. She said I’d have to pay a higher room price if I wanted to include breakfast. She said she wasn’t going to change it and if I wasn’t happy I’d have to bring it up with Expedia. The next day I asked for a room change that wouldn’t be as noisy and she said she wasn’t going to move me. I told her I’d be there thirteen nights while others were there for three or four nights and she wasn’t going to help accommodate my request. She said she wasn’t moving me as all rooms are the same. Please know that the other workers were awesome. It was only that one person whose name I can’t remember. Ended up that the nights after midnight were actually very nice and quiet but very noisy during the day. I went there to rest and sleep not to party or be a tourist. Bottom line I wasn’t given the breakfast I arranged when I made my reservation and wasn’t going to pay $13 more."

"The entire property was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Our reservation included breakfast, which was very good, and the waitresses were pleasant. We were there Oct 14-19 and it was not crowded at all. The "beach" is only on the lagoon side, so it's not quite the full beach experience. There is no beach facing the ocean. Beds were comfortable; no issues with water or electricity. There was a large dehumidifier in our room, which was up to us to use or not. The resort provides some free shuttle buses on a predetermined schedule. Taxi ride (use 24-7 taxi app) to 'downtown' was about $20 US. Only negatives: Free beach towels were old, worn out, and not very large. Wifi was a little shaky, but not horrible."

"Such a fun and beautiful stay! The food was great, especially loved the buffet. They had soo many options to choose from for a picky eater like me LOL. The staff was amazing and so helpful always. The bartenders were very friendly and always gave us great recs of where to go if you wanted to explore the island more than just the resort. And for my favorite part- the beach was absolutely beautiful. The water was perfect temp and perfect for swimming. Another plus was they had fun activities during the day and also some great shows at night. 100/10 would recommend staying here."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Curacao Marriott Resort. The sunset view over the ocean was amazing. Our room was always kept clean by housekeeping and the staff were very nice especially at Salty’s Mediterranean restaurant. Definitely join The Reef Club, it’s well worth it, you’ll feel at home. We’re looking forward to coming back."

"Room was big and very nice. Nice balcony view of the ocean as well. You can rent snorkels or bring your own and snorkel right at the resort to see lots of fish."

"Our stay at Lion's Dive was wonderful. The resort was quiet and relaxing. We loved being able to stay at the resort to swim, snorkel, and relax. There were so many restaurants on site and at the plaza right next to the resort. I would highly recommend staying here."
