"The refrigerator had a nice size freezer. We travel with refreezable blocks. Mexican restaurant in the parking lot was very good. The breakfast was good with hot and cold choices."

"Light breakfast included bagels, muffins, yogurts, juices, coffee, waffles, bananas, apples, cereal, oatmeal. Friendlt staff. Spacious room. Extra wide parking spots right in front of the room."

"I choose a smoking room but they did not have ashtray available not at office or the room. Room had a bad smell and the bed sheets were dirty and had holes in them!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the rooms at this place was! Honestly one of the nicest, most economical places I've stayed at in a while. Carpets and lobby a bit dated / not as nice... but bed was very comfy, everything in the room itself, very clean. Everything functioned as it should. Would recommend for those traveling through and looking for an easy place to stay."

"Wow!!! My Happy Place was one of the best VRBO rentals I've had. Sherry, the host, was incredibly kind, organized and communicated well. She escorted us to the property (much appreciated - it might have been tough to find on our own), gave a thorough tour, helped unload the car and even provided a fresh loaf of bread. The place was extremely clean and well-supplied. I can't imagine a better experience."

"Location to the Ark is great! Very private location. Near the interstate, the house was clean, and check-in was easy. Beds were comfortable. The only issues: Ants in the kitchen. Texted the owner, and they left ant bait on the doorknob for us to put out while we were away. The Icemaker was not working; the unit was frozen over with several inches of ice, so we bought bags of ice. No spices, like salt or pepper, as advertised. We could not sit out on the porch due to a constant swarm of Carpenter Bees that have infested the deck rails and surrounding areas. If these issues are addressed, I would give this a 5-star recommendation and stay there again. "
