"Overall this Best Western was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable. The location is convenient. I recommend it to almost everyone. From the perspective of accessibility, I have yet to find a hotel that I could comfortably stay at if I were in a wheelchair or otherwise seriously needed proper accessibility. Here, there is a really good start, but still noticeable problems. For starters, the high beds (in hotels generally) are a challenge for just plain short people to climb into. The soap and shampoo dispensers are located above my head when standing, never mind seated - and not located where they could be reached from the shower chair. And the control and the hand-held shower were likewise over my head in an otherwise very accessible shower. Progress has been made in terms of accessibility, but obviously some choices and decisions are made without an understanding of the consequences."

"Mohegan Sun CT is clearly a well-oiled machine. Our 3 night stay was wonderful. The staff, amenities and selection of restaurants and entertainment venues were superb. Our deluxe king room with a view was spacious and clean. Utilizing the valet and bell hop services was very convenient and easy. We will definitely return and hopefully do much better in the gaming section!"
