“Had a great night stay after a long day of travel. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I have to mention the great customer service. Hours after we checked out, I called in a bit of a panic thinking my husband may have left his wedding band behind. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful... they took the time to thoroughly check and follow up. (Thankfully, we ended up finding it!) The hotel was also very convenient with easy in-and-out access, and we appreciated……

“The room was as shown in the photos. Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The Motel though was decrepit on the outside. No one in reception. they had to make a photocopy of my driver's license to let me in. NO water glass or cup in the room. Expedia totally misled on this booking.”

“The hotel is new. Not much maintenance necessary. Room was clean aside from some smudges near the door. The bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The breakfast was awful. The coffee had grounds in it, counters werent maintained, serving spoons with egg and potato were dirty out in open, the brown sugar for oatmeal was a hard block, the juice was separated...”

“Breakfast was watery eggs microwaved paper slices of bacon and watered down juice. Parking was fine as there were very few guests.”

“Beautiful little sweet. Very very clean. Great location. Used to get to felt very safe. All the conveniences were needed. The only downside is that they really could upgrade the bed. It was uncomfortable and probably needs a new mattress, but not enough that we wouldn’t stay here for a night again if we come back for another concert”

“This was the first time staying and was very impressed with the place. The Loft was beyond our expectations. The town was nice and walkable to eating and outdoor space. We will be back the next time we go thru Salem, VA”

“I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.”
