Host communicates consistently and was very nice. The location was good. Everywhere we went was 20-30 minute drive time to get to places in Orlando and around Kissimmee. It’s in a great part of Lakeland, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to I4 and other major roads. Hotel itself was very nice. Loved the high ceilings in the room we were in. Reasonably priced and the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! Only downside to me was there were a few chairs in the room and when you had the pullout couch bed out it was crowded and not really any place to put the chair out of the way but other than that it was excellent!

The bed was very comfortable and a good selection of pillows. The hotel seemed very clean. A nice breakfast buffet. All the employees we had contact with were professional, courteous, friendly.

This is a child’s dream come true. I only wish it was around when I was little. We felt so safe, they have security on golf carts, life guards, the friendliest staff. We will definitely be back. It is the first time my daughter had independence, she would walk to the restaurant, make me coffee, and bring it to the bungalow. She made friends in other bungalows and they would play in the playground. We loved it.

Kids had a blast. Rooms were well sound proofed and beds were comfy. We aren't big on eating the resort food anywhere we go, but publix and an AMAZING Mediterranean restaurant are literally across the street which is fantastic for us. All staff members were helpful and very kind.

My family of 8 stayed here for thanksgiving weekend and had a blast! The 2 story condo was spacious , clean, up to date and the 3 air units worked great. The staff was over the top friendly, we brought our boat and jet ski and it was as if we were all alone on our lake, no one bothered us, very peaceful. Would highly recommend this quant spot .
