“Hotel was let down by a touch of paint. Window sill room 210 needs touching up, swimming pool ceiling by changing rooms entrance badly needs painting.”

“Location closed to Wrexham General and city center. Service are good. That must be my choice in next trip here”

“The hotel was lovely and I was happy with my stay. I really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and thought it was very well-maintained. However, I woke up covered in bed bug bites. I was very surprised as the room seemed very clean but over the course of the next couple of days 40 or so bites appeared. I reported this to the hotel and was told they would check the room and follow-up. I emailed the hotel but got no reply. I am obviously worried that I will bring this issue back home. I would……

“Just a hotel for our short stay in the way to Wales. Location beside the high way and only can buy foods from the petrol station nearby. Standard design of Holiday inn hotel group”

We went in the sauna and the outdoor hot tub- that was amazing. All in all, a good stay and I would definitely return.”

“Spent one evening there while visiting Liverpool. A bit out of the way, but a lovely large room on the old docks. The problem was that prior to 8am, construction on the restaurant below began. Jackhammers, drilling, hammering, you name it. Why would they give you that room without a warning?? I mentioned it to the desk upon checking out and was told to have a nice day. Not what I expect at these prices.”
