“Management was hostile in that he would not accomodate a room change. A change that was reserved and just across the hall from our existing room. The change was driven by the very heavy traffic sound from I85 which could not be drowned out with the AC running and a sound machine. They said the rooms were sound proofed. NOT! He would not permit any conversation with house keeping to confirm our new room was ready and then asked us to leave the property because we talked to the nice ladies in our……

“This had to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in SC. The staff was very friendly, the room was extremely clean and smelled great. The heating and air conditioning worked great. I ate at the New Orleans theme restaurant that was there for dinner and lunch. The dinner was okay I had a risotto that wasn’t to my liking but they accompanied and I got their burger which was delicious. The breakfast was also good. I felt safe considering I was traveling alone and was only there from Sat-Mon. A……

“The property was very nice and well maintained. Quiet hotel and I would stay again. The staff was amazing. Very nice and quick to respond. There was a small incident with linen on one bed. Staff quickly brought up a change. Not sure if this was a weekend thing, but breakfast was $10.00 per person. Not really expecting that. The breakfast was okay and the item that stood out were the potatoes. Overall good stay, clean and safe. ”
