“Excellent”

“Location was good. Staff was not well trained in their job responsibilities. Cleaning staff did not report small maintenance issues so the room had three issues: 1. No toilet paper holder so paper rolling around on the floor 2. Bed was not secured and when I went to sit on bed it slid away and I almost fell on floor in an ADA room. 3. Lavatory faucet sprayed water everywhere even on very slow flow.”

“This is a newer hotel. The staff, including the manager were wonderful! Breakfast, FULL BREAKFAST, was amazing. The breakfast staff was very attentive and helpful. I would certainly stay there again.”

“Bed was sunken in and very uncomfortable. Took the kids to the pool and went to Leave at 8:15pm ( pool closes at 10pm) man stopped them in the hall and asked for their towels so he could start a load of laundry… when said they would be freezing he told them they can run up and get under the covers. Pancake maker was broken in the morning. Arcade ate up our money on certain games as well as others around us. Lots of little things broken or missing like the sink stopper ect. Guess you get what you……
