“Perfect spot in town. Cozy and quiet neighborhood. Host was EXTREMELY COMMUNICATIVE. And for me, that calls for 5 stars alone on that. Although our stay was short, the apartment was perfect for our needs and we have absolutely no second thoughts on coming back and booking for a longer stay in the future. The whole space was accommodating when we had an unexpected 4th person to the trip. But luckily, it all worked out. Definitely recommend for a quiet get away!”

“The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was equiped with everything needed and the basket with spaghetti, sauce, and snacks was a nice touch. The location is very quiet and worked out well for visiting family in Colorado Springs and all other activities we had planned.”

“Recently remodeled, tastefully decorated. Great and prompt communication with the host. 10 minutes from the Peterson SFB Visitor Center/Gate. 10-15 minutes from a pile of interesting restaurants on Powers. The kitchen (my interest at VRBO rentals) was complete! You can pretty much cook anything. However, the free spaghetti dinner and the microwave popcorn was a nice touch by the host. Thanks! We would certainly rent this unit again.”
