“The breakfast was, I’d say, better than in a Hotel Ibis. The food was, definitely, locally sourced. We reached Bruton and the Hauser & Wirth arts complex easily from this hotel. We also visited the Jurassic Coast, but that took us a whole day, and we returned by 10pm.”

“We stayed for couple nights here and it was totally worth it. The views from the room were beautiful! The room was clean, hotel staff were friendly and everything is close by. We didn’t have a car so this was right place to stay since durdle door was close by and the bus drops you right across the street. We would definitely stay here again!”

“There are not many places to stay in Wimborne. This is probably the best. Don’t expect elevators or lots of modern conveniences here. This is a 16th century hotel with narrow staircases and our room had beamed ceilings and a copper bathtub. What is great is that it is right in the won center and has enough free and secure parking so you don’t need to use a public carpark.”

“The property is quite quirky with uneven floors but has character. Quite a small hotel and choices at breakfast were limited. Vegetarians and people with other dietary requirements not really catered for.”
