The breakfast and all the staff were excellent

Very convenient location, however the hoses keeping was not doing a good job. We stayed for 4 nights with a baby. The first day they didn't sweep the bathroom floor and didn't leave any new towels, also the toilet papers went out and didn't replace it. I have to call for a new toilet paper. The 2nd day, they put some big towel back but 1 was dirty. They didn't leave any small towels at all.

I've stayed here often. In the middle of the bustling theatre and Chinatown/Thaitown district of Sydney CBD, the location is perfect for those who like nightlife and excellent casual dining. It's a little oasis amongst this busy area, where your room is quiet and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. For those who like privacy, know that no-one can even enter the building, let alone reach your floor, without either having their room key or requesting entry to the building with the intercom. The only thing I don't personally like is that it has one of those TV's that is so smart, it can't receive local free-to-air channels, but 100 other channels, of course. I've stayed here maybe 20 times now. It's my preferred hotel in this area, and may well become yours.

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient. The location was great with kids. Some information about parking and check in prior to arrival would have been helpful.

Lovely breakfast, great room very clean, excellent location with the Art Gallery and Royal Botanic Gardens within easy walking distance, friendly and helpful staff.
