Room was immaculate, staff were all lovely! No problems whatsoever. It was a shame the terrace bar wasn't open when we were, but that's on me for not checking first!

We couldn’t fault this Hotel particularly the bar staff who were wonderful - very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and well spec’s. It’s a great location for the centre of York shopping and sightseeing.

I liked the idea of foregoing a chambermaid to gain a free drink. The breakfast wasn’t as good as last time (Oct 23 ) also didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t put a drink on my room on the last night

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will return when in York. Good location close to the train station and city centre. Very quiet room, comfy bed and duvet. Sora restaurant upstairs has beautiful rooftop bar with views of the minster and exceptional sushi dishes.

This property was absolutely perfect for what we wanted, it was minutes from everything in york, the views were immense from the roof top bar and didnt dissapoint! The breakfast was delicious aand plenty of. Everything was always re stocked and the staff were more than attentive. The malmaison is quirky bold and bright. The only thing i could say as a negative was the lighting in our room wasnt great when trying to get ready for an evening.
